Popis výsledku v původním jazyce
The monograph deals with the modular arrangement of the curriculum and the provision of methodical and didactical materials in the cross-curricular subject of "Financial Literacy in the Educational Process", and some of their parts, including knowledge of banking and financial markets in the young generation of pupils / students in relation to money management and their economy, dealing with personal and family budget, and financial education. Financial literacy is a complex of educational and scientific activities based on general and related fields, such as mathematics, social sciences, and natural sciences. The first chapter of the monograph defines the most important knowledge of financial education and literacy in the Slovak Republic based on the National Standard of Financial Literacy applied in school education programs for secondary vocational schools, conservatories and secondary schools. The second follow-up chapter discusses financial education in the Czech Republic, highlighting Financial Literacy Standards for pupils of 1st and 2nd grades of primary schools, secondary schools and adults. The third chapter defines the methods and forms of financial literacy teaching in the educational process, the research objectives and the issue of the research. Through the pedagogical research and a questionnaire survey and interview, financial education was specified at secondary vocational schools in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic and universities in the Czech Republic, in the South Bohemian Region, in České Budějovice. The method of analysis and synthesis was used to evaluate the results of the survey and the interview, including testing of hypotheses and research questions, in comparison to the comprehensive, complex comparison with the written materials issued in the Czech Republic assigned to individual topics of the National Standard of Financial Literacy in Slovakia. The modular layout of the financial literacy curriculum was localized. Emphasis was placed on the possibilities of promoting financial education in the process of lifelong learning for children, pupils, students, teachers, job seekers and economically inactive people. The research focused on financial literacy and financial health in order to identify possible shortcomings, expected problems, instability and imbalances of knowledge of the banking and financial market for pupils at secondary schools and university students in relation to the management of personal and family budget. In order to remedy, and mostly to prevent, it is necessary to support the teacher's potential in preparing for the teaching of individual subjects taught at primary schools, secondary schools and universities, supporting lessons of creative and strategic thinking and decision making, good climate in the classroom and the development of social competences of pupils and students.
